Jazz is the soundtrack to my life. I write about it because I love it.
My jazz criticism and profiles have appeared in CODA Magazine and online for All About Jazz, JazzTimes and Next Bop. My jazz photography has been published and exhibited extensively. In 2008 I was happy to be nominated for Photographer of the Year at the National Jazz Awards. In 2012 I became a voting member of the famed Downbeat Critics Poll.
I am currently the jazz columnist for the Torontoist.
